Oenology

We make wines from balanced, expressive and healthy grapes. For this reason, the intervention in the winery is minimal and sufficient to express the wines of each terroir.

We vinify in the classic way in stainless steel tanks, and then we let the wine grow in French oak barrels and small stainless steel tanks of various shapes. The wine matures in these containers for a year before being bottled.

We select oaks from cold forests from the Burgundy and Cognac region with long soft toasting, achieving a finer wood that respects the identity of each wine.
