Viticulture

Growing grapes and making wines with identity goes beyond the selection of the vine, clone and rootstock, or even the place where the vineyard is established. To give identity to the wine, we have to think about the environment, about the ecosystem where that vine will develop.

We abandoned the concept of monoculture, where each plant that is not a vine is considered a “weed”, and incorporated the concept of service crops. For this we favor the growth of autochthonous flora, where the micro flora and fauna typical of the soil of that place will develop.

We focus on the ground. We grow roots.

We grow sustainably. We preserve identity.
